Aligen Sports OS Terms of Service
These terms apply to Sports OS for academies, clubs, gyms, sports centers, and independent coaches.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Service scope
Sports OS provides organization, athlete/member, staff, team, program, session, attendance, membership, inbox, notification, and optional AI-assisted workflows. Features vary by plan, configuration, provider availability, and pilot stage. The customer must use the service only for its lawful sports operations.
2. Seven-day trial
The public trial lasts 7 days. No card is required and no payment method is collected for the trial. There is no automatic charge and no automatic renewal. Trial access and included capacity may end when the trial expires. Continuing on a paid plan requires operator-assisted activation agreed directly with the Aligen team.
3. Plans and commercial arrangements
Published plan descriptions indicate intended product capacity but do not create an automatic subscription. Price, payment method, activation date, service period, cancellation, refund, tax, and any optional hosted Stripe billing workflow must be confirmed in writing with Aligen before activation. Sports OS does not automatically renew a plan.
4. Customer and academy responsibility
The customer is responsible for account security, authorized staff, accurate records, lawful collection and use of athlete and guardian data, safeguarding processes for minors, permissions for messaging recipients, and the content its users send. The customer must avoid unnecessary medical or other sensitive details and respond to data-subject requests for records it controls.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Sports OS for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or unsolicited activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; upload malware; evade plan limits; or use messaging in violation of recipient rights or provider rules. You must not rely on the service for emergency response.
6. Messaging and third-party providers
WhatsApp and Instagram features depend on Meta accounts, permissions, policies, review, network delivery, and webhook availability. Authentication, hosting, email, monitoring, AI, and any operator-enabled billing also depend on third-party providers identified in the Privacy Notice. Provider changes or outages may delay, limit, or disable a feature, and Aligen cannot promise provider approval or uninterrupted delivery.
7. AI limitations
AI features may use configured OpenAI or Anthropic models to classify messages, suggest replies, or assist operations. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. Authorized users must review important outputs before acting or sending. AI is not medical, legal, financial, safeguarding, or emergency advice, and the customer remains responsible for decisions and communications.
8. Availability, suspension, and termination
Sports OS is provided on an as-available basis. We use reasonable operational safeguards but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free service. Aligen may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse or security risk, enforce these terms, respond to provider requirements, or address non-payment under an agreed plan. Either party may end service under its written commercial arrangement; data handling then follows the Privacy Notice and applicable obligations.
9. Contact and legal review
Questions, support requests, and notices should be sent to support@aligen.app. These terms are presented in Arabic and English with the same substantive scope. They are a product-aligned operational notice, not evidence of jurisdiction-specific legal advice, and require professional legal review before final reliance.
